This page explains how to request deletion of your Fast Kargo account and associated data.

Request data deletion
- Option A (in-app / website): Log in to your account, open your profile, and select Delete account.
- Confirm the request by entering your password and typing
DELETE.
- Option B (email): Send a request from your registered email address to privacy@fast-kargo.xyz with the subject “Delete my account”.
How we secure user data
- Access control: authentication and role-based permissions.
- Transport security: HTTPS when configured on your domain.
- Operational logging: for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and audits.
- Least access: only authorized users should access operational records.
What happens when you delete your account
We delete or anonymize personal data where possible, while retaining certain operational records (such as shipments) for legitimate business, legal, and audit purposes.
- Your login is removed and you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Your client profile personal details are removed/anonymized.
- Shipments you created remain in the system for operational/legal/audit purposes.
- Saved addresses and uploaded avatar are deleted.
Data that is deleted
- Login account (so you can no longer sign in).
- Saved client addresses and uploaded avatar.
- Client profile personal details are removed/anonymized (name, email, phone, national ID, address).
Data that is kept
- Shipments you created (kept for operational and audit history).
- Financial/transactional or legally required records (if applicable).
Retention period
- Shipments and operational records may be retained for as long as necessary for service operations, dispute resolution, and audit trails.
- Where laws require retention (e.g., accounting/tax), records may be kept for the legally required period even after account deletion.
